Bilingual Appointment Setter – Beauty Industry

We are a growing BPO in Colombia providing sales and customer support services to international clients. We are currently hiring a Bilingual Appointment Setter to support a beauty industry client with locations in the United States and Canada.

This is a full-time remote position focused on contacting warm leads and scheduling appointments for aesthetic and beauty treatments.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in beauty treatments
• Explain services clearly and professionally in English
• Answer client questions and handle objections
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM notes
• Meet weekly and monthly booking targets

Requirements

• Must be located in Colombia
• English level C1 or higher (spoken and written)
