Bilingual Appointment Setter (Remote)

We are a real estate company, doing business in North America and LATAM. We are hiring a Sales Skilled Excecutive to work as a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter.
**Job Scope**: Responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to convert leads in real files, tracking costumer contacts (leads) explaining the loan products, obtain costumer information, following up on previous costumer contacts, elaborate reports.
You will be the person in charge of customer service to contact by phone.
You will be given the training and a script.The leads you will call are in the USA and LATAM.
**Skills / Experience**:
- Experience Verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Telephone sales skills, time management.
- Preferably experience in banking or finance telemarketing or costumer service.
**Compensation: 700 - 1000 USD Per month ( Based on experience)**
