We're Hiring Bilingual Collections Supervisor.

We are looking for a Bilingual Collections Supervisor with strong English skills, excellent leadership abilities, and solid experience in managing accounts receivable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the collections and accounts receivable process.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the collections team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (DSO, aging analysis, collection rates).
• Analyze portfolio behavior and prepare reports for management.
• Handle negotiations and communication with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for the collections process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
• English level C1 (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising collections and leading teams.
