Bilingual Client Service Tax Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full‑time position, PDT/PST Office Hours

About the role

• Professionally handle incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system and route them appropriately.
• Respond to sales inquiries from prospective tax clients via phone, e‑mail, text, and website chat using scripts and templates.
• Process client intake documents, including contracts, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements, with accurate data entry into our proprietary system.
• Support annual tax prep efforts by organizing and distributing client communications, engagement letters, tax organizers, and billing updates.
