Bilingual Collections Specialist

We're looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrive in customer service and financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and resolve account issues
• Translate letters and documents for internal and legal use
• Collaborate with the legal department on account-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
• Use Finvi and FACS software to manage account data and collection activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or BPO environments
• Strong listening, negotiation, and organizational skills
