As a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will oversee MSAs, SOWs, and rate card negotiations across our Consulting and Workforce sectors. With over five years of commercial contract negotiation experience required, you will collaborate with Account Managers to enhance the client experience. Your expertise in navigating legal terms and commercial positions will be key in ensuring favorable agreements.
