Job Summary ESC Corporate Services Ltd. – Toronto, Ontario – Six (6) full‑time permanent vacancies for Corporate Services Clerks.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with ordering searches, including securities, PPSA, litigation, corporate, and NUANS requests.

Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring orders meet service‑level agreements.

Handle level‑one client escalations in your subject‑matter area.

Answer client phone calls, provide information, explain services and fees.

Support clients on online platforms.

Follow up on files sent to ministries and agents.

Invoice services rendered by the department.

Develop deep knowledge of services offered by other departments.
