Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process customer orders accurately using SAP
• Confirm purchase details and delivery expectations
• Update customers on order status and any adjustments
• Respond to inquiries about shipments and cancellations
• Work with internal teams to maintain order accuracy
Requirements:
• High school diploma essential
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, manufacturing experience preferred
