Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (near‑native English required)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating systems)
• Responsible, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid Mexican documentation is required
