Bilingual Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist

Celanese is seeking an Associate Specialist, Customer Service to join our team in Mexico.
This role is responsible for ensuring perfect order fulfillment within the order-to-cash process, maintaining customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, handle escalations, and collaborate daily with internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, alongside strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
