Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat. The role requires experience in customer service or BPO environments and hands-on use of ticketing systems to manage and resolve cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
Create, update, and resolve tickets using support platforms.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow internal processes and meet service quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications
English level: B2 (required).
Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or BPO environments.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Service Cloud, or similar is a must
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
