Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mississauga)

Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 4 days in office, Fridays remote) Full-Time Contract (1 year+ with potential for permanent opportunities)

Pay: $25.00/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer and sales representative inquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders, credits, and debit transactions
• Manage complaint resolution and service issue follow-up
• Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of customer service experience
• Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) – required
