About the job

A Customer Service Representative, (or CSR), will act as a liaison, provide simple and accurate information, and resolve any related problems that our customers face with efficiency and quality. The best CSRs are genuine to help customers. They should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are confident at troubleshooting and able to investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and is an active listener.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Understands and studies product and support information to relay to customer
