About the Role

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Bilingual Customer Support Representative with strong English communication skills to join our international team.

In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, provide product and order information, and support them throughout the entire customer experience. You will represent our brands across medical supply, logistics, and wholesale distribution, assisting both B2B and retail customers via phone, email, and chat.
