As a Support Representative, you will provide high-quality service via phone, chat, or email to help business owners manage their company formation, renew their subscriptions and licenses, and resolve billing or account-related inquiries.

This is a work-from-home opportunity with a stable daytime schedule. Upselling and retention may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.
