- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
- Bachelor degree desirable
- Previous experience at least 1 year in the same position
- Preferably live in San Nicolás or without commute problems
- Ability to handle a high call volume
**Main activities**:
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Solve customer inquires in a polite, professional and timely manner
