Reporting into the Customer Support Manager, you will be the first line of contact for all customer inquiries via Live chat and emails.

• Work scheduled hours; being available to answer any incoming emails, Live chat questions, etc
• Report directly to CS Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead on any on going found issues, or training requirements needed.
• Keep Chat times below a 10 min average.
