Bilingual Customer Support

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Colombia Time (40 hours a week, Sat and Sun off)
Location: This is an in-office position at our office in Poblado (Milla de Oro)
Salary: COL $ per month
We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Legal Assistant to work with our client who is a US based law firm. This law firm specializes in helping military veterans receive their benefits.
This is a great position for someone who studied law and/or wants to pursue a career as a lawyer since you will be working closely with lawyers and partners of the firm.

Responsibilities Include:
Prepare, review, and submit all forms and legal documents accurately.
Ensure timely escalation of documents as needed, including handling mail.
Follow up with clients to collect evidence and obtain signatures on critical documents.
