This role will support dealers by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing product and administrative support via phone and email—helping ensure smooth day-to-day B2B operations.

What you’ll do:

• Process and review dealer orders accurately and on time

• Support dealer inquiries related to shipments, pricing, inventory, and transactions

• Manage product certificate redemptions and dealer credits

• Assist with parts lookups and data entry

• Navigate B2B systems and complete additional dealer-related tasks as needed

• 2+ years of customer service experience
