Bilingual Employee and Labour Relations Advisor

Location : 24 Colonnade Road, Ottawa ON (free parking on-site)
Schedule : Daytime, Monday to Friday
Starting Salary : $76,000/year

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee and Labour Relations, the Advisor provides operational advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee and labour relations matters. This role ensures consistent and compliant application of policies, collective agreements, and employment legislation while supporting investigations, grievances, accommodations, and other case management processes.
