BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

About the Role

The BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Technical Training Manager will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for LiuGong’s construction equipment portfolio, including wheel loaders, forklifts, and excavators, as well as high-voltage lithium battery systems. This role requires both curriculum development from basic to expert levels and hands-on in-person training delivery. The ideal candidate has the technicians or service training work experience and the ability to create engaging training materials, including animations and other multimedia, to enhance learning and retention. The person also has the experience or the ability to lead one or two trainers.

Must be completely Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak) to conduct trainings for consideration.
