Purpose of the Role

Executive Recruiter ensures delivery of all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talent within SLAs

Key Responsibilities

• Massive selection process of new employees for operational and administrative areas within IGT.
• Screening and shortlisting: reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Coordinating assessments: follow-up of language/aptitude test and documents. <...
