As a valued member of Canada’s Talent Team, the Bilingual Experienced Hire Recruiter will provide an exceptional candidate experience and identify talent for EY. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Tax Service Line, covering both tax and law practices.

The recruiter will collaborate closely with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers to develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, facilitate the selection process, and act as an ambassador for EY.
