Job Description

Toromont Cat is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Bilingual Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Coordinator to join our Human Resources team! This role will ensure an engaging experience for all key stakeholders in the recruiting process and actively participate in the onboarding transition for new employees. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate in delivering a welcoming, and organized hiring and onboarding process.
