Overview:
Front Desk CSR & Administrative Assistance with strong background in office management. The
job will require insurance experience, acting as the primary first contact with clients,
managing front-office operations, scheduling, and bilingual communication (English & Spanish).
We're looking for a professional CSR with customer service and administrative skills to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and to multitask across the array of financial multi-services we offer.
The role involves managing and servicing calls, directing them to the relevant departments and people as needed, handling administrative duties for Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage and Income Tax services and supporting agents.
