Bilingual Funding Analyst

About This Role: EQB × Bennington Financial Corp Partnership

This full‑time position reports to the Supervisor, Funding. The candidate will be responsible for auditing and funding new lease packages, reviewing and auditing lease documentation, handling deficiency follow‑up, liaising with brokers, preparing and amending PPSAs, running and reviewing searches as required, and entering data into the system.

Purpose of the Role

• Audit and fund new leases with awareness of potentially fraudulent situations.
• Review broker‑prepared document packages and ensure they match the approved credit parameters.
• Coordinate with the Credit Department to verify credit conditions are satisfactory and approved.
• Ensure payments are accurate and vendors apply correct taxes before releasing payment.

Your Experience

• University or college degree with a business background, or equivalent work experience.
