Job Description

The Bilingual FX Processing Officer is responsible for very high value transactions/clients both on Foreign Currency Accounts and Foreign Exchange transactions in both French and English. This will be the final authority on processing related matters, providing professional, attentive and accurate service to Foreign Exchange clients by using extensive knowledge of foreign currency account request and services.What will you do?

Fulfill complex transactions assuming ownership and personal accountability.

Meet the immediate needs of the client by providing solutions and resolving issues.

Listen to client’s needs and takes accountability to accurately complete transactions and delivers a superior client experience with every transaction.
