Bilingual HR Generalist & Recruiting (Spanish/English)

Go Hire Virtual is seeking a Spanish Bilingual HR Generalist & Recruiting Specialist to support HR operations and recruitment processes. In this permanent, full-time position, you will coordinate onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and serve as a bilingual point of contact for candidates. The ideal candidate must be a Colombian citizen, fluent in Spanish and English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The role is entirely remote, working in Mountain Time Zone.
