Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner

Bilingual (French and English) Human Resources Business Partner The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the management teams of assigned business functions by identifying and coordinating the appropriate HR resources to support business initiatives. The HRBP evaluates, recommends and implements strategies to enhance organization performance, leadership effectiveness, team member engagement, diversity and inclusion and talent management. The HRBP champions effective change management for business initiatives and functions as a thought leader in collaboration with the business.
