Bilingual (French and English) Human Resources Business Partner

This is a 6-9 month contract.

Salary: 110,000-120,000++, great bonus, immediate full benefits, 3 weeks of vacation, personal days and many employee perks.

Our global client is growing and has a role for a bilingual (French and English) Human Resources Business Partner. The organization is forward‑thinking, socially and environmentally conscientious, as well as highly service‑oriented and collaborative. They are looking for an HRBP that can help support the business by providing guidance to a client group that is both unionized and non‑unionized.

This is a HYBRID role and you will be required to work in the office 4 days per week. The office is located downtown Toronto and very close to Union Station.

The HRBP will bring a strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations to this dynamic and engaged team.
