• Full management of import processes: case opening, document analysis, and verification of legal requirements
• Coordination of inspections, preparation of customs declarations, and monitoring of expiration deadlines
• Management of advance payments and coordination with the treasury department
• Continuous tracking of each operation within the system and ongoing communication with clients
• Coordination of operational staff when applicable
• Support in data entry of customs declarations and uploading technical documentation/plans

What You Bring:

Technologist or Professional degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields

1–2 years of experience in import customs processes

Intermediate knowledge of customs regulations
