We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish & English) to join our legal team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering essential information about their legal matters and ensuring smooth, empathetic, and professional communication between clients and our legal team.

This is a remote position with availability required for weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients contacting the law firm, including weekends and nights.

-Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients over the phone to gather key details about their legal needs.
