Bilingual Junior Lawyer

We are looking for a Junior Bilingual Lawyer with strong commercial and customer service skills to provide legal support to the Coordinator. This role combines legal knowledge with the ability to engage with clients, identify service opportunities, and assist in both legal and administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Coordinator in drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contracts, powers of attorney, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Handle basic legal inquiries from both local and international clients, providing clear and timely solutions.
• Track legal processes, contract deadlines, and client documentation.
• Participate in commercial meetings and assist in presenting legal services to prospective clients.
• Draft emails, minutes, reports, and legal documents in both English and Spanish.
