We are looking for a Bilingual Junior Operations Assistant to support an AI-assisted workflow focused on customer retention.
If you have advanced english, experience in operations, data entry, QA, or similar roles and enjoy structured, detail-oriented work, we'd be happy to connect.
AI handles customer conversations, but human supervision is required to ensure accuracy, data quality, and proper documentation.
LATAM – 100% Remote LATAM / Paid in USD
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
$750 USD/month
