Bilingual Litigation Paralegal with Personal Injury

The Paralegal will support attorneys during the litigation phase of Personal Injury cases. This role requires prior litigation experience, particularly drafting discovery responses that comply with California law.

Shift

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST.

Responsibilities

• Draft discovery responses in compliance with the California Code of Civil Procedure.
• Assist attorneys with litigation support throughout the lifecycle of PI cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Manage court deadlines, calendaring, and litigation timelines.
• Review and organize discovery materials and case documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files in Filevine.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
