We are currently seeking candidates for a newly created Manager, Employee & Labour Relations vacancy. This position requires full-time, on-site work at our Ottawa office.

What you will be doing… Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee & Labour Relations, you will lead and manage complex, high-risk employee and labour relations matters across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide expert guidance on litigation-sensitive workplace issues, interpret and administer collective agreements, and lead grievance strategy, investigations, and arbitration preparation.
