• Spm and above (certificate)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (read+type)
• At least one year customer service experience, no exprerience/ fresh grad are welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve goals
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
