About the Role
We are seeking a
Bilingual (English & Spanish) Medical Virtual Assistant
to support a growing U.S.-based medical aesthetics practice.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical spas, dermatology, wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare settings who is confident handling patient inquiries, booking appointments, and managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely responses to new leads, supporting CRM and EMR workflows, and making sure no patient inquiry goes unanswered, particularly during after-hours coverage. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Schedule:
- Weekdays: Starting at 7:00 PM EST (after-hours coverage)
- Weekends: Light shifts as needed (not full-day, final schedule TBD)
