Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant – English/Spanish

EZ MD Solutions is a U.S.-based healthcare company looking for a clinically trained, bilingual professional from Latin America to join our remote team as a Virtual Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe.

This is a stable, long-term remote position supporting U.S. doctors with clinical documentation, patient communication, and healthcare coordination — all from your home.

If you have a healthcare degree, speak professional English and Spanish, and want to earn USD income without relocating, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Document patient visits and maintain electronic health records (EHR) in real time
• Coordinate lab results, referrals, prior authorizations, and prescriptions
• Communicate with patients in English and Spanish explaining care plans and test results clearly
• Manage provider schedules and patient appointments
• Connect patients to support programs (medications, transportation, housing assistance)
