About the RoleJoin Landing! We are looking for a bilingual member support specialist to provide world‑class service to our members. This is a unique opportunity to work a 4x10 shift, meaning you work 4 days a week and enjoy 3 consecutive days off! In this role, you’ll respond to emails, phone calls, and chats to ensure that our members’ questions and concerns are taken care of quickly and efficiently. You'll gain customer support experience while also learning relationship building and other valuable skills.
