About the Role

Join McKesson’s Patient Support Programs to help patients start and stay on specialty therapies. As a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for prescribers, clinic staff, and patients—coordinating onboarding, education, and ongoing adherence support across the treatment journey. This field‑remote role includes travel to clinics, homes, or virtual visits to deliver injection training, disease/medication education, and to liaise with care teams for smooth, timely access to therapy.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary contact for prescribers and clinic teams to enroll patients and coordinate services.
• Provide patient education (disease state, medication, side‑effect management) and deliver in‑home, in‑clinic, or virtual injection training based on patient preference.
• Support adherence through scheduled follow‑ups and share timely clinical updates with physicians and clinic staff.
