Hiring: Bilingual Operations & Sales Supervisor (US Market)

We are hiring a Bilingual Operations & Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily execution of our Bogotá office and support a US-based operation serving the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) market.
This role supervises 13 employees, including 5 Sales Agents, and is responsible for both sales performance and overall office operations, working closely with US-based leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate a 13-person team across sales and operational functions
• Directly oversee 5 outbound Sales Agents and inbound lead follow-up
• Execute sales and operational plans defined by US leadership
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality standards
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational or client issues
