Bilingual Payroll and Benefits Analyst

We are currently supporting a leading professional services organization in the recruitment of a Bilingual Analyst, Benefits & Payroll (Workday) to join their Human Resources team.

This role is ideal for an analytical, data‑savvy professional who enjoys working across systems, questioning data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending process improvements—particularly within Benefits administration , supported by Payroll knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a functional bridge between Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Support group benefits administration (health, dental, disability, life, etc.), with a strong emphasis on benefits processes
