Bilingual Phone Auditor

Begin the new year with an exciting new role! We are looking for Phone Auditors to support U.S. insurance audits. This role focuses on information verification, documentation handling, and audit support, NOT sales or customer service.

What you’ll do

• Contact U.S. companies to request and verify audited information
• Review financial and operational data
• Properly document and upload information into internal systems
• Ensure accuracy before cases move to the next audit stage

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Call center (Required)
• Experience in banking, billing, accounting, or strong transferable skills (Desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Comfortable with phone-based professional interactions
