About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Program & Community Content Assistant
to support daily community operations, customer communication, and content posting. This role combines virtual assistance, community support, and light social media coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and community inquiries in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
• Manage and respond to emails efficiently using Outlook
• Post job updates, announcements, and community content across platforms
• Support affiliates by answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
