Project Manager – BPO / Operations Programs (Americas)
Location: Colombia (Remote/Hybrid)
| Travel up to ~20%
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager based in Colombia to help lead the launch, transition, and delivery of client programs across the Americas region (U.S., Canada, Jamaica, and Colombia).
If you enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives, working cross-functionally with operations, clients, and partners, and operating comfortably in English in a client-facing environment — this role gives you real ownership and regional exposure.
What You'll Do
Lead program launches, expansions, and ramp-downs across multiple geographies
Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Partner closely with Operations, Client Services, and client stakeholders
Drive cross-functional coordination to keep programs on track
