Salary: $3,500,000 COP

Key Responsibilities:
Review calls, emails, and internal processes for quality and compliance.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to enhance team performance.
Identify trends and propose process improvements.
Support the implementation of QA best practices.
What we're looking for:
Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous experience in QA or compliance roles
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
