Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to join our fast-paced Personal Injury law firm as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is critical to delivering a positive client experience and requires confidently handling high call volumes, greeting clients with empathy and professionalism, routing calls appropriately, and maintaining accurate documentation.
