Bilingual Recruiter - End-to-End Hiring (EN/ES)

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Recruiter to oversee the recruitment process in Mexico City. Your responsibilities will include driving candidate selection end-to-end, building candidate pipelines, and managing external recruiting agencies. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, along with experience in the construction sector.

You will act as a business partner for hiring managers, leveraging recruitment technology to improve processes and ensure quality candidates are sourced. A background in Latin America recruitment will be advantageous.
