Bilingual Recruiting Sourcer (12-month contract)

The opportunity

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Sourcer/Researcher to our team at EY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent across all EY service lines to enhance our strategic goals and objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Experienced Hire Recruitment Team, our Human Resources and Client Serving Team Members from our Practices as well as other Service Lines.

Your key responsibilities

The Bilingual Recruitment Sourcer/Researcher is responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent across all of the firm's business lines. They will proactively build community/professional relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
